SLEEPING WITH SIRENS // To Release Acoustic Album, ‘Live and Unplugged’

Pop-rock heavyweights Sleeping With Sirens are lighting candles for new album, Live and Unplugged, featuring acoustic versions played live.

The songs were recorded live during the band’s intimate, 12-city “We Like it Loud Quiet” tour in the US last year.

Vocalist Kellen Quinn says, “Our live dynamic is very different (in a good way) compared to our studio sound. We wanted to give our fans a live experience that they could relive at home over and over! Very proud of this album.”

Sleeping With Sirens performed acoustic versions of songs from their latest album Madness, fan favourites, and a handful of covers including Goo Goo Dolls’ Iris. The band played small rooms for die-hard fans, and this album is a documentation of that intimate experience.

Madness debuted at No.14 on the ARIA chart, #1 on the iTunes Rock Albums Chart and Top 10 on the iTunes Overall Albums Chart last year. Five of the album tracks appeared in the Top 10 of the iTunes Rock Songs Chart.

Live and Unplugged releases 8 April through Epitaph Records.
